  1. Try some high rep reverse wrist curls, reverse curls and hammer curls and see if that helps with the forearm. You might just be a little out of balance from all the grip work lately.

  2. I think you're right. I've been doing extensor work to address this, but never log it because I think it's boring. I will see about the curls, thanks!
