>>> After getting some golden guidance from Chris Rice, and reviewing my notes from the last workout, I decided to go slightly wider from 46mm to 49mm. This meant I had to finally cut a rubber disk from my thicker rubber. Which I had been dreading, but I followed the tips given to me by the place that sells the used conveyor belt, and it was actually a breeze.

The miss on 145 was due to experimenting. Also, due to experimenting, I got a nasty tear on my left thumb only. Overall I got some good notes and might get in one more workout before Adam's decathlon on May 14.
