Did a workout in the gym today. Lat pulls, shoulder press, rows, chest press, all machines. It was a good workout.
I'm still in physical therapy twice a week and that is a good lower body and lower back workout. So I try and get to the gym twice a week and hit my upper body as well. Weighed 169# full of food and water. That's a high body weight for me. Ha!
I was going to do a 15 rep set of Rolling Thunder tonight, but that ain't gonna happen. Tomorrow!
