I hope the high-rep RT workout works for you Matt. How long will you stick to it before you test your max again? If I remember your 1 rep max correctly, you're using a very high percentage of that on the multiple reps.
ReplyDeleteYeah, my max is 130# if I remember correctly. I think RT is an amazingly difficult lift. I bet I'll be able to increase 5# per workout straight to 120# and hit 15 reps each workout. But I just hit a BRICK-FRIGGIN-WALL at 130#.
