- Warm up, 2.5#, 10 reps front and side-to-side
- 2.5#, 10 reps front and side-to-side
- 5#, 10 reps front lever
- 5#, 10 reps front lever
- 5#, 10 reps rear lever
- 7.5#, 10 reps rear lever
Looking forward to RT, probably on Friday at this point. I will redo 115x15 and try to make it all the way through with fewer, or hopefully no breaks.
